Exercise Combination and I Try To Maintain My Favorite Weekly
Training Schedule As Much As Possible And When The Weather
Is Right, I do Some Walking/Jogging In My off-days.

I Do Some Weight Lifiting To Strengthen My Back, My
Biceps, Triceps And The Wrist-finger Extensors. I do Squats
And Lunges And I Also Do Pull Ups As Often As Possible.
(Always Be Gradual And Maintain
Good Form To Avoid Injury)
