same with your body, if you do not purify your body with the right
diet, enough sleep, good air
and enough exercise it will end up being polluted and ruined by all
kinds of toxins, weakened
body parts and diseases. No matter who you are or how you are, your
body is a fantastic
precious gift from GOD, do not neglect it, appreciate it and take
good care of it.
Avoid procrastination and Do what
is RIGHT for YOU and YOUR
LOVED-ONES. You owe it to yourself and you owe to them. Do your
very best
in getting your priorities straight. Eat good, sleep well, exercise
and stay out
of pollution as much as possible. It is simply a matter of getting
used
to it and soon, it will become second nature.
Gradually and surely, replace that
extra fat and that lazy muscles with
enough firm muscles and be at your best. BE as good as you can be,
physically,
mentally and spiritually and stay healthy, flexible, fit and
energetic as much as possible.

I'am 46 years Old And Because I Still Do
not Have The Chance To Lead An
Active Life yet, I'm Still Over-Weight But, My Philosophy IS To
Have A Good
Exercise Combination and I Try To Maintain My Favorite
Weekly
Training Schedule As Much As Possible And When The
Weather
Is Right, I do Some Walking/Jogging In My off-days.
I Do Some Weight Lifiting To Strengthen
My Back, My
Biceps, Triceps And The Wrist-finger Extensors. I
do Squats
And Lunges And I Also Do Pull Ups As Often As
Possible.
(Always Be Gradual And Maintain
Good Form To Avoid Injury)
